2-Step Verification

Every nanz.com Google account needs 2-Step Verification. It adds a second check at sign-in, so a stolen password alone can't get into your account.

Before Monday, August 10

Set yours up now. After that date, you can't sign in until it's done.

Set up 2-Step Verification

Sign in with your nanz.com account if asked. It takes about two minutes.

How it goes

  1. Press the button above and sign in with your nanz.com account.
  2. Add a second step. Easiest is Google prompt: have the Gmail app on your phone signed in to your nanz.com account, and Google finds it automatically. A passkey with Face ID or Touch ID also works well.
  3. Press Turn on 2-Step Verification.

You won't see an option for text-message codes. That's expected, NANZ doesn't use them.

Need more detail? Google's step-by-step guide walks through every option, in your language.

If you're stuck

Email help@nanz.com and it comes straight to us. If you can't sign in at all, ask a coworker to send the email for you.
